My goal at SpinHouse is to challenge you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and discover what you are truly capable of. I bring a mix of athleticism, high energy and sweaty high tempo beats to every class.

Growing up playing competitive sports, it created a lifelong passion for health and fitness. I am always striving to push myself beyond my limits and I hope to encourage others to do the same. When not on the bike you can find me spending time outside, cuddling with my Golden Retriever Luke and spending time with family and friends.
